They probaly wrote about Sadoko insted of all the other peaple who dided of it because she had hope and then started making the one thousand paper cranes
I think this book is important to read because of her life and amazing story. How she dreamed to run, how she made so many cranes. I learned that Sadako's short life that she had a lot of courage and she is a believer. I want to read this story 1,000 times if I could! :)
I think that Elenor Coerr wrote about Sadako beacause she had so much hope and she folded paper cranes until she died. I learned from her short life that you need to have hope.
Sadako is an inportant book to read because it is about a girl who keeps tring to reach her goal and she never gives up. I learned from Sadakos short that you should never give up and that if you want to do somthing it never hurts to try and you should ALWAYS try yo reach your dream no matter if everybody thinks it kind of impossibe to reach just ignore them and try to reach it!!! You can always reach somthing you want by tring.
I think this was a good book to read because it is a girl who has lukimia and she tried to fold one thosand paper cranes so she could be well she meets a friend and one night he died so she was kinda loseing faith she would survive and so one night she was so weak she couldnt fold one crane and she died.
I love this book even though I read it two times! I learned from Sadako that no matter what happens never give up and I also learned to always be brave.
Sadako and The Thousand Paper Cranes is a good book to read because it tells the about the life of Sadako.....I learned from it that Leukemia is a very bad disease and I learned about all the things that happen during the disease.
